Ladies Tress Orchid

This is another of the small Orchids that bloom in this area that I came across the other morning. The Three Bird Orchids should be blooming soon since it rained alot yesterday but I still havent found any Ladyslipper Orchids yet. I have noticed that some years they skip blooming and they are hard to spot out in the woods with no flowers.
